#24in48 Challenge!

I was recently introduced to the #24in48 reading challenge; that is, try to spend 24 hours out of a 48-hour period reading!

I had never timed myself reading before, and I’m not sure what I’ll do with the fact that when I really love a novel I read 50 pages an hour. (Then experience a terrible book-hangover when it’s over–no data on that.)

I liked the novelty of the challenge and had a great time spending 11 hours reading between this past Friday night and Sunday evening. … But I don’t think I’ll be tracking metrics like this again anytime soon.

I was certainly helped along by the fact that NJ got hit with two snowstorms within a week!
