Sandcastles, like summer, cannot stay

I had a difficult and unsettled summer, but suddenly I find myself mellowing as the season changes. My summer Statistics class is over. My 10-day streak of working outside is over. I moved to the beach.

I am enjoying this in-between time. I find myself craving the quiet. Happy Virgo season, I want to spend my Friday night indoors and catching up on emails.

AND. I SAW “HAMILTON.”

 

I went to Long Beach Island!

… After a workday, for a free documentary screening about plastics in our oceans. But still!

No challenge I enjoy as much as exploring a new city or neighborhood.

Work is fun and I am lucky.

My State Parks Pass is easily the best purchase I have ever made.
